If you are one of my Graphic Design by Tara Clients, I have experienced a complete hard drive failure today. Due to this, my technicians say I will be down for at least the next 48 hours and there is no guarantee that I will be able to retrieve anyone's projects or my own personal programs. All of your patience and understanding at this time would mean a great deal to me and I promise to get everything up and running as soon as possible.

Oh dood! I'm so sorry. I'm not a customer, but I'm a "been there, done that" gal. I had been afraid my laptop was dying so I moved all my photos and music to a 1 TB external harddrive. AND IT FAILED. My whole collection of photos from birth to ages 11 and 14. Gone. I cried.
